RS是一家建筑、室內設計和工程公司，在北京、上海、深圳和廣州設有辦事處，業務涵蓋辦公 、醫療、養老以及一些私宅項目。 RS is an architecture, interior design and engineering firm with offices in Beijing Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, business cover office, health care, senior living, as well as some hospitality projects.
1. 根據客戶需求及預算，負責家具、燈具、地毯、布藝、窗簾、藝術品(雕塑、藝術裝置、裝飾畫、藝術擺件的推薦、匯報及落地; Recommend and do presentation of furniture, rug, fabric, curtain, artwork, lighting, accessories as per client'sbudget with designers, follow up till all finished on site; 2. 檢查圖紙和完成材料，下訂單和簽訂合同(視項目而定)，確保所有工作符合項目進度; Check drawing and finish materials, place the ordering and sign contract (depends on projects), makesure all works to meet project schedule; 3. 跟進現場、供應商、客戶及內部設計師多方協調工作; Site survey, to coordinate with clients, suppliers,designers, contractor; 4. 熟悉各大品牌家具的定位及優缺點，規避掉項目進行中出現的不利因素; Familiar with furniture marketing, advantage and shortage of most of furniture brands, get rid of theunnecessary troubles and bad effects in pro-phase ; 4. 負責引入優質供應商，保證各品類都有服務度高的優良供應商, 與供應商進行合同談判，確定合作方式、交易條件、結算對接等工作，Explore new suppliers, make sure each category always have good quality supplier in list, negotiate withsuppliers to validate cooperation method、transaction condition and payment details 5. 管理維護供應商，提升供應商績效, 保證產品的質量、交付及服務 Manage and maintain the relationship with supplier, improve supplier's performance to ensure good quality、delivery and service; 6. 實時了解新產品的推出,進行內部分享; Obtain the latest new product in time, share to internel stakeholders; 7. 家具庫的建立及維護，材料間的日常管理維護; Build furniture and material database, material oom daily maintenance and management
