此崗位工作地點(diǎn)在山東青島。
要求紡織專業(yè)畢業(yè)，5年以上針織、梭織服裝的樣辦制作工藝、質(zhì)量審定、紙樣或嘜架的復(fù)制、核對(duì)及裁版經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟練服裝英語(yǔ)及英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)，懂粵語(yǔ)優(yōu)先。
Job Objective: To ensure that quality, fit, workmanship, size and technical specifications of garment/accessories purchased by customers meeting their requirments, in accordance with the individual brand's quality requirement standard.
Main tasks:
*Evaluate samples(from fit/pp/top stage) in accordance with individual brand's quality standard and fit requirement.
*Assist merchandising team, buyer's tech team and vendor to solve sample quality issues.
*Monitor any quality improvement initiatives implemented in assigned location and report to direct senior on the progress of such initiatives.
*Review and analyze sample quality on each vendor and provide corrective actions and technical supports to those unstable performance vendors.
*Maintain good working relation with merchandising team, buyer's tech team, and vendor by showing professional technical support to achieve sample in "Right First Time".
Others:
*Copy paper pattern or marker from buyer's original pattern for vendor or in vis-a-vis.
*In case of urgent sample being rejected twice,arrange factory visit to approve sample on spot if needed.
*Participate in training local fit technician to enhance their technical knowledge.
*Assist merchandising group to issue sample order if needed. |
